Applicants must be high school seniors, planning to begin college in Summer or Fall of 2016.
Essays must be 1-page, single-spaced, and address the following topic: How has your school counselor made a difference?
ALL essays must be submitted with a FSCA Essay Competition Entry Form.

Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Jacksonville Lodge 5-30 Community Service Scholarship
Scholarship Amount: $500
Requirements: Must attend a community college or college, be a full-time student in college, demonstrate outstanding commitment to a specific community service effort, demonstrate to make Jacksonville a better community, children of FOP members are not eligible.

Requirements: Must be a senior about to attend college, accepted by a 4 year college, write an essay, submit a letter of recommendation from the Principal or counselor, official transcripts, ACT/SAT scores, class rank, GPA, copy of college acceptance letter, and 3 letters of reference. See school counselor for application.
