HabiJax

ReStore, a store whose proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity (Habijax), is looking for high school students age 15 and older who can volunteer their time once a week, bi-weekly, or monthly.  They are located at 5800 Beach Blvd Jax, FL 32207.




Who is Habijax?




Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville (Habijax) is the local affiliate for Habitat for Humanity International. We are an ecumenical Christian housing ministry that works towards eliminating substandard housing in Jacksonville, FL by building and promoting high quality affordable housing that enhances neighborhoods and communities.



What is the ReStore?



The Habijax ReStore is a home improvement store benefiting Habijax. New and refurbished appliances, construction materials and furniture are sold to the public at significantly reduced prices. The inventory for the ReStore is 100% donated by local businesses and individuals. Proceeds from the store provide funding to Habijax's mission of eliminating substandard housing in Jacksonville, FL. ReStore volunteers are essential to the success of the store. They help keep store administrative costs down, enabling Habijax to build more homes for families in need of safe, affordable housing in Duval County. Join us today!






STORE LOCATION: The Habijax ReStore is located at 5800 Beach Blvd. Jacksonville, FL (in the Staples shopping center near the intersection of Beach Blvd. and University Blvd.



STORE HOURS/SHIFTS: Tuesday - Saturday 9am-6pm; The Generals and Mr/Ms Muscles: 9-2, 2-6 Tuesday-Saturday; Customer Service Pro: 9-1 Tuesday-Saturday; Mr/Ms Fix It/Sales & Admin Aides: Any hours the store is open. ALL SHIFTS CAN BE FLEXIBLE - please contact them for more information!!
