Volunteers are needed to assist with the tent concessions for this year’s Tournament Players Championship. Please remember that this event is the major fundraiser for our Fletcher high School PTSA. Many, many volunteers are needed to make this successful for our school. The money raised during these few days funds most of our activities for the year, including student scholarships, teacher appreciation week, grounds improvement, etc. It’s a good chance to spend a few hours with your friends and help our school. And, you can attend the tournament at no charge for the part of the day that you are not helping in the tent.
Students may request one excused absence during the week but must be approved by Mrs. Chisholm. Parents and students are encouraged to volunteer together – you may sign up online for both of you. But if your student is working independently, he or she must be approved by Mrs. Chisholm to work.
